    Nolensville Pike Shelter Project

    Nolensville Pike is WeGo's third busiest route, serving an average of 58,000 passengers per month. As such, we are investing in improving the infrastructure for our customers, pedestrians, and cyclists in the area. The Nolensville Pike Shelter Project is a partnership with WeGo Public Transit, Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), and Metro Public works to enhance and improve 18 bus stop locations on Route 52 from Downtown to Harding Road.

    Transit Signal Priority

    In late 2019, we completed a 42-intersection upgrade along Murfreesboro Pike between Charles E. Davis Boulevard and Bell Road at Hickory Hollow Lane that included technology enabled to help smooth traffic flow and allow WeGo buses to improve their on-time performance.
